Mixed Martial Arts
Through an organized curriculum of kid’s and adult’s mixed martial arts, as well as the passion and the dedication of student and instructor, each individual will be given the opportunity to perform and/or test for the next rank (color belt).
Youth Classes
Youth classes are structured to introduce social skills, confidence, physical fitness and passion into young growing minds through mixed martial arts with the emphasis on fun.
Bowing in at the beginning of class

MMA movement games or drills

Water break (please provide a water bottle)
1 Technique (standing or ground position)

Adult Classes
Adult classes allow positive minded individuals the chance to share a common interest, whether that is martial arts, self-defense or physical fitness.
